I had been looking for a home for over three years and dealt with different realtors along the way. One of the realtors I spoke with was Kim Elkins of Park Avenue Properties. I had taken a yearlong break from house shopping and was getting back into my search again when Kim emailed to follow up with me from when I had worked with her a year prior. It was a weekend, I had found a house I wanted to view, and I emailed Kim. She took time out of her Sunday afternoon to show me the house. As it turns out, I did not purchase that house, but Kim's willingness to help me on such short notice made me decide that she was the realtor for me.
