Our office is fully equipped with an integrated network of computer and communication systems. We have instant access to the Multiple Listing Service, Realtor.com, Public Record Searches and other tools and services that our team utilizes to better serve you.

Our office assistants coordinate meetings, set schedules and answer your calls when your Realtor is not available. They are your personal couriers to ensure the timely processing and delivery of all your documents.

For the past year, I have had the pleasure of working with Kim (Elkins) as my agent to buy a home. Kim is an excellent agent in a variety of ways:

  1. She is flexible with appointment times, which was important to me since I work full-time and often have other obligations on the weekends.

  2. She helped me deal with real estate lingo and processes; which, as a first-time home-buyer, was critical.

  3. She was patient with my search and my specifications. It was not always easy to find homes with my criteria – which included acreage – but she was never impatient and was always positive that the next house might be my home.

  4. She offered advice and suggestions, but she never pushed me into making an offer.

  5. I always felt that instead of just trying to find a house, she was trying to help me find my house.

  6. Kim never acted as though my budget was too small for her to spend her time on.

Kim was a wonderful agent even after I signed the contract and was working through closing on my home. There were several road blocks that popped up during this time that were unusual and frustrating. Kim kept me up-to-date on everything and guided me through all of the paperwork.
